A Harlem woman and her boyfriend are suing the NYPD for $24 million after they were beaten by the cops and then arrested. The woman suffered a broken nose. She was beaten after she allegedly tried to record the cops as they beat another man.
“They said that I was resisting arrest and that I spit into a cop’s face,” Gonzalez told The Post. “I’ve never had problems with police, ever in my life.”
