Fifty Shades the book series is hitting the big screen as the first installment gears up for it’s Valentine’s Day 2015 release. The trailer for Fifty Shades stars Dakota Johnson (as Anastasia) and Jamie Dornan (as Christian Grey), plus Beyonce is singing a revamped, seductive version of her 2003 hit “Crazy In Love.”
50 Shades is about a literature student Anastasia Steele, whose life changes forever when she meets a handsome, tormented, billionaire by the name of Christian Grey. It doesn’t take long before the two begin a sexual relationship involving bondage/discipline, dominance/submission, and sadism. Meanwhile Anastasia is constantly fighting for her self identity and self-worth after each encounter.
The entire series has sold over 100 million copies worldwide and in 2013, the book’s author, E.L. James made Forbes Top Earning authors list with estimated earnings of $93 million that year.
