My soon to be husband is upset with me because I refuse to legally change my last name when we get married. He feels I’m disrespecting him by not doing so but I see it as a way to maintain my family’s legacy and to preserve my own identity. I’m a millennium wife and I don’t see the need to change my last name however I would like to know from your male listeners am I disrespecting my soon to be husband by not doing so??
