An Atlanta woman is taking Jermaine Dupri to court after he skipped out on paying her court ordered child support.
After a paternity test, a Fulton County Superior Court Judge ordered JD to pay $2,500 a month and an additional $7,500 to Sarai Jones. JD is is suppose to be making payments for a 7 month old baby girl.
Turns out JD is having financial trouble. He owes the state more than $493,000 in back taxes for 2007.
