We now have confirmation straight from the horse’s mouth. L.A. Laker Shannon Brown is officially Monica‘s husband. And he’s proud to let the world know.
The rumors are true. 30-year-old Monica and 25-year-old Shannon Brown indeed tied the knot in a very private secret ceremony. Shannon wouldn’t confirm the details like datewife, and “he really doesn’t know what else to say about it.”
It supposedly happened November 22nd. But the couple is reportedly planning another big wedding for friends and family and everyone else in between.
That was quick. The two dated about 6 months and Mo has Shannon’s name tattoo’d on her wrist and a gorgeous 10 carat diamond ring to show off her love in the meantime. And, unlike many of these chicks who have several kids by these ballers and stay in umpteen year relationships without a ring, Monica can now call herself a NBA wife. When you know…you just know.
