T.O. is in MORE baby mama/child support trouble. This time a California judge has issued a bench warrant for T.O.’s arrest for not appearing at a scheduled hearing on October 24th.
According to T.O.’s rep, Terrell TRIED to reschedule the court appearance because he had a highly publicized workout scheduled that day, but the mother of his child didn’t care and wouldn’t cut him a break.
T.O.’s rep also said that he pays child support for his 4 children but the problem is, the amounts he’s suppose to pay are based on his 2007 income of $11-$12 million a year when he was playing with the Dallas Cowboys. T.O. says he’s not making even 1/5 of the money he made while playing with the Bengals (after Dallas) and as of now has “no income.”
The rep concludes, “Mr. Owens is working to resolve all of these matters and appreciates his fans’ support. We are confident that Mr. Owens will be signed this season to the NFL and all of his child support payments will be modified fairly according to his true income.”
