Cleveland Browns receiver Josh Gordon failed a drug test (marijuana) and it wasn’t his first violation, his prior offense was using ingesting codeine. Gordon was suspended two games and docked four game checks, despite leading the NFL with 1,646 receiving yards. Gordon appealed his suspension August 1 through August 4. Needless to say Gordon lost his appeal and his suspension was upheld. Not only that, he will be out for at least the entire 2014 season, effective immediately.
