Richmond, VA- Two Richmond teens are being charged with first-degree murder in connection to a shooting from last week. Richmond police say 17-year-old Octavis Green is charged with first-degree murder and 20-year-old Nicholas Thomas is charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Officers responded to a shooting on Friday on Alvis Avenue and found a victim, Russell Long, who died from his injuries.
