Kamiya Mobley was taken from a Florida hospital when she was just hours old by Gloria Williams, 51, who raised her as her mother along with her then boyfriend as her father. After 18 years, the case has been solved and Williams has been charged with kidnapping and interference with custody. She has waived extradition to Florida.
