According to TMZ reports,
Khloe explained to Lamar that she wanted a family, and in order to start the process of looking until she was single again.
TMZ claims Khloe made it clear to Lamar that she originally dropped the divorce because of his near death experience and she vowed not to re-file until he was back well.
There has never been a romantic relationship since she filed for divorce the first time in 2013, according to TMZ.
