The lawyer for Dylan Roof, the accused killer in the AME church massacre has put in a plea of not guilty!!!
Though Roof was captured and admitted he committed the awful crime to start a race war, his lawyer made a plea of not guilty since he did not know the governments intentions on bringing up the death penalty.
Roof wanted to plead guilty to all 33 federal charges.
