According to TMZ R. Kelly’s brother Bruce is suing R. Kelly because he hasn’t been paid in over three months.
Court documents claim Bruce was promised $700 a week to drive R Kelly around and run errands for him.
However, Bruce found himself working 24 hour days for no pay, sometimes waiting in the car for Kellz for up to 12 hours.
The Illinois Labor Board is investigating the case.
