- 1 Cooked and chopped Gold’n Plump Seasoned Whole Chicken, Pesto Flavor
- 16 oz box cavatappi pasta
- 8 oz jar pesto
- 1 cup roasted tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 10 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Instructions

- Cook cavatappi according to the directions on the package.
- Toss with pesto sauce.
- Top with chicken and roasted tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Oven Roasted Tomatoes
- Ingredients

- 10 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Wash tomatoes and slice them in half.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bottom of pan and top with slices tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, garlic and Italian seasoing.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
