Even though there were talks of a Rihanna X Topshop fashion collaboration, apparently things have gone sour over this one tee-shirt (pictured above)!

A source from the singer’s camp says that her management has asked the fashion store on several occasions to stop selling her image. ”They buy the pictures from a photographer, but they do not pay the artist licensing fees. Unfortunately, UK law does not protect the artist,” the source told the New York Post .
A Topshop source says, “This issue is related to a T-shirt provided to Topshop by a third-party supplier. We are aware it is the subject of litigation and it would therefore be inappropriate to comment.”
You would think that the retailer would just slide RiRi a few million, right? Legal documents have been filed for an undisclosed amount against Topshop.
