It’s back The 2nd Street Festival, presented by Altria and Dominion, returns for the 24th year, Saturday-Sunday, October 6-7, to celebrate the rich culture of the historic Jackson Ward neighborhood. This year’s fetsival features the Ohio Players along some of the area’s best local and regional talents. Ban Caribe, Big Payback, Lance Dickerson Quartet, Debo Dabney & The Happy Band featuring Jim Branch and many others. And it’s all free but donations are accepted.
