Evelyn Lozada Settles Defamation Suit Against MediaTakeOut. The Basketball Wives’ star filed the lawsuit against the gossip website MediaTakeOut last October. According to Gossip Extra, the lawsuit has been quietly settled.
The site claimed Lozada was cheating on her football-playing fiancé Chad Ochocinco with his friend Terrell Owens.
On top of that, the site claimed Lozada was pregnant and planned to quit the show.
Apparently, neither of the two were true.
However, neither Lozada’s lawyer nor MediaTakeout’s would say exactly what happened in court. We do know that the resolution included a confidentiality agreement.
