For years Lil Wayne has been calling himself the “Best Rapper Alive.” Now he claims he has a song to prove it. The superstar rapper is claiming to have a record on The Carter IV that will make other rappers want to quit the game. He also revealed that the album is complete and should be hitting the stores May 16th. Slated for collaborations, Kanye West, T-Pain, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Rick Ross, plus others.
