It has floor-to-ceiling windows that show off a balcony overlooking the L.A. skyline, top of the line stainless steel appliances, private elevator access, and sleek bamboo wood floors.
His agent was none other than Mauricio Umansky of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills . You know…the ridiculously hot husband of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” fave Kyle Richards (Paris and Nicki Hilton‘s aunt).
