Although both Khloe and Lamar have finally signed their divorce papers back in July, the split won’t be legal until they both attend family law courts and go before a judge according to a TMZ report.
Khloe is still l Lamar’s wife and she will be in charge of making his medical decisions.
Khloe will be the one who will literally have Lamar’s life in her hands if it comes to a point doctors determine that Lamar won’t come out of the coma similar to Bobbi Kristina, according to TMZ.
