Mendeecees Harris is considering a plea deal in his federal drug trafficking case, according to Bossip.
In a hearing Thursday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Frank Sherman said he gave Harris’ lawyer, Donald Thompson, a plea agreement, but Thompson said he and Harris hadn’t yet had a chance to review it. The terms of the plea deal were not released.
According to Bossip, the government alleges that Harris, his brother and another man ran a coke and heroin ring in upstate New York from 2005 to 2012.
Yandi Smith posted Harris’ $100,000 bail a year ago, and he has spent his time filming Love and Hip Hop New York, doing various club appearances and working with criminal advocacy group the NYC Justice League.
