According to Billboard, Beyoncé will release the deluxe edition of last year’s self-titled album and to get things started, she’s shared “7/11″ and “Ring Off”, two new songs that will appear on the release.  The Morning Heat is right here to give you the exclusive!

Now when it comes to “7/11″ is the first of two new songs included on the re-release. In that song, Beyonce shows that she still has that unique edge,  as she continuoysly shouts “Smack that, clap that…like you don’t care!” which pops well with its hard-hitting production.

Listen to “7/11″ below:

As for “Ring Off”, this seems to be lyrical letter to her mother about her recent divorce. In the song, she says “Then you’d smile through your tears / In the mirror you would stare and say a prayer.” Then she follows that up with “Mama, you live and learn/ That’s just the way life goes.”  and ends it with “Until you’d had enough and then you took your ring off.” All in all, it’s a nice song, that shows Beyonce edgy but soft side.

According to Billboard, the Beyoncé Platinum Edition contains a new collection of tunes called More, which features “7/11″ plus remixes of past songs from Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Pharrell, and Mr. Vegas. It also includes the original album and a DVD containing the associated videos, along with a live performance DVD chronicling the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, a photo booklet, and a Beyoncé mini calendar for the coming year.
