A <strong>storm that’s expected tomorrow</strong> shouldn’t be a big deal, but another one this weekend could.
A winter storm watch the weather service posted shortly before daybreak today says a system that’s expected to move across the capital area from tomorrow evening through Saturday afternoon “will have the potential” to produce 3 to 8 inches of snow.
A coastal storm system moving north could bring snow to the Richmond area late Wednesday or early Thursday before changing to rain, the National Weather Service said today.
