A Connecticut teen killedby gunfire yesterday in the Bronx was a victim of a random gang initiation, police say. The victim, Tayshawn Bromfield, 16, was standing in front of his father's house, who he was visiting, when he was struck in the chest by bullets ejected from a passing sedan.
