Chris Brown, along with Richmond Mayor Dwight Jones, Virginia Union University President Dr. Claude Perkins, and Radio One Community Affairs Director Clovia Lawrence will rally at Henderson Square on VUU's campus. The rally is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m.
