Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson hard-launched their relationship when they attended the Pete & Thomas Foundation event last week. The celebrity couple held hands on the red carpet, and Thompson showed off a $300,000 Audemars Piguet watch she’d bought him. This was just after he was spotted in the background of a sunny vacation selfie Megan posted, and after that, he posted a series of photos with a curly-haired woman with long, purple nails.

So they’re official and having a little fun publicly showing off their new-ish romance (or maybe just new to us). That fun continued when Megan dropped a workout video complete with narration from both of them. The video showed them in the gym going through a joint workout with the help of trainers.

Klay is wearing shorts and a tank top with socks, while Megan is also dressed in workout gear, including black tights and a white crop top with a sports bra underneath. They’re doing core work and other exercises in the videos, which take place in a gym at an undisclosed location.

“Not I got him working out with no shoes on lol his lil commentary,” she captured the video. The couple goes through a routine with Thompson at one point ‘spotting’ Megan during pull-ups while keeping his hand on her booty.

While she jokingly says she doesn’t think the exercise requires that much assistance, she says, “I think this was his favorite part of the workout,” and he agrees. The duo continues the cutesy banter as Megan repeatedly refers to Klay as “My man,” and he calls her “babe” several times.

At the end, he towels the sweat from her face and they kiss.

Though celebrity relationships often have limited shelf lives or implode in headlines (see Chris Brown and Rihanna, Chris Brown and Karrueche, Remy and Papoose, Will and Jada Smith among others) Megan, 30, and Thompson, 35, are the feel-good couple the world needs, because comments on them have so far been overwhelmingly positive.

“I love ALL of THIS,” Taraji P. Henson said in a comment underneath the post.

“I don’t know why, but I’m smiling from ear to ear because of this relationship. Keep it going!” comic actor Lamorne Morris said.

Tamar Braxton weighed in posting, “Sister 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 this is the one❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

On the red carpet at the foundation event, Megan told Vibe that dating Klay was “the best move she’s ever made.”

The foundation raised $1.2 million, which will benefit housing, education and health and wellness in children, seniors and underserved communities. The charity is named for her parents, Joseph Pete III and Holly Thomas, both of whom passed away before Megan’s career really took off.

Fresh off her Love Island appearance promoting her swimsuit line, Megan’s latest single, “Whenever,” from 2024’s Act III came out in April. Thompson is enjoying his summer before he returns to competition this fall with the Dallas Mavericks, who are still recovering from the Kyrie Irving injury and the blockbuster Luka Dončić trade.
