Shiloh Sanders Waived by Buccaneers After Preseason Ejection
Four months ago, Shiloh, son of Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after going undrafted and even firing his father as his agent. But Saturday night, things took a bad turn.
During the Bucs’ preseason matchup, Shiloh was tossed from the game after throwing a punch at an opposing player who had grabbed his facemask after the whistle. By Sunday, Tampa Bay made the decision to waive him.
It’s a tough break for the Colorado standout, who had been fighting for a roster spot and a chance to prove himself at the pro level.
From undrafted hopeful to released in just four months, Shiloh’s NFL journey now faces its biggest challenge yet.
