Listen Live

The untitled multi-cam comedy, created and written by Barris and co-produced by CBS Studios and BET Studios, follows two estranged Black brothers who reunite to sell their late grandmother’s house. Epps stars as one of the brothers, whose plans are complicated when they learn the caretaker now owns part of the property and refuses to sell. Forced to live together, the brothers must confront their past and what family really means.

Produced by Barris’ Khalabo Ink Society alongside Aaron Kaplan’s Kapital Entertainment, the project marks Barris’ return to broadcast TV since Black-ish. It also reunites him with Epps, who appeared in Barris’ 2023 Netflix film You People. For CBS, the show represents a rare collaboration with BET Studios under Paramount’s George Cheeks.

Mike Epps brings the laughs, Barris brings the vision — and CBS gets a new family story with real roots.
