Last month, Sean “Diddy” Combs — founder and CEO of Bad Boy Entertainment — was convicted of violating the Mann Act. While he awaits sentencing, his legal team says he’s thinking far beyond the courtroom.

In his first interview since the highly publicized trial, Diddy’s lead attorney Marc Agnifilo sat down with Jericka Duncan for CBS Mornings to discuss what’s next for the hip-hop icon.Agnifilo says Diddy is eager to reunite with his family, especially his mother, once he’s released. But he also revealed one of Diddy’s biggest post-release goals — a massive “welcome home” celebration at Madison Square Garden.“He’s going to be back at Madison Square Garden,” Agnifilo teased in the preview clip. “And I said I’ll be there.”

With sentencing ahead and a high-profile event already in the works, all eyes will be on Diddy’s next chapter — both in and out of the courtroom.
