Jay-Z Denies Paternity Claim in New Court Filing

His lawyers want the case dismissed, arguing that courts have already rejected similar claims and that the case has no legal merit.

Last year, Raymir Satterthwaite, 32, renewed his decade-long effort to prove that rapper Jay-Z, 55, is his biological father by trying to force Jay-Z to take a DNA test. Satterthwaite claims his late mother had a relationship with Jay-Z in the early ’90s and has been seeking legal acknowledgment ever since.

Now, Jay-Z’s legal team has responded, calling the claims “fabricated” and part of a “decades-long harassment campaign.” They’re asking the court to dismiss the case, pointing out that previous courts have rejected similar allegations. A judge will soon decide if the case moves forward or ends here.
