With a namesake honoring the ancient leadership of the Moors and a socio-political consciousness dedicated to the education, understanding and empowerment of people of African descent, St. LeMoor is on a mission. His belief, that before we as a people can move forward, we have to educate ourselves about ourselves, is central to his artistry.

Chelsea LeMore caught up with St. LeMoor in our latest edition of 804 Sessions.
Originally from Texas, he now calls Virginia home and has been making his rounds on the music circuit throughout the DMV.
LeMoor’s latest project, Moor Silence, highlights the power in silence and the importance of doing more and saying less.
“It’s time to stop the talking, get up and actually do something,” he says candidly.
