If you own an iPhone 8, you may want to check to ensure that your phone is not a part of the latest smartphone recall. On August 31st, Apple issued a recall for the iPhone 8 because some phones were experiencing frozen screens, restarting on its own or not turning on at all.
In the recall, Apple states that affected phones were sold between September of 2017 and March of 2018. Apple also states in the recall if your phone has a cracked screen or any damages which impair the ability to complete the repair, you will have to get that issue fixed before having the company repair the phone.
