Charlottesville, VA -An Ohio native accused of driving into a Charlottesville crowd during a rally last year is pleading not guilty to new hate crime charges. Last week James Alex Fields Junior of Ohio was indicted on about 30 hate crimes including one that could land him the death penalty. Prosecutors say he was a white supremacist who killed Heather Heyer and injured several others based on those beliefs. Fields told the judge he is being treated for bipolar, ADHD, depression and anxiety.
