Super Bowl MVP Von Miller has filed legal papers in Los Angeles asking a judge to block a woman named Elizabeth Ruiz from going public with the sex tape.
Miller met Ruiz in Mexico back in June. The couple had sex several times and Elizabeth recorded it on her cell phone. When Von asked her to delete the videos, she allegedly replied, “Gotcha!”, according to TMZ.
Miller claims , TMZ turned Ruiz down when she tried to sell the video to them and she also tried to sell the tape back to him for $2.5 million. Of course he turned her down as well. SMH!
