Charlotte NAACP leaders just announced in a news conference that video will in fact be released in the shooting death of Keith Lamont Scott who was gunned down by police.

The U.S. Justice Department has launched an investigation also into the case however a city spokesman could not confirm that the investigation has begun or will happen.
