According to The Jasmine Brand, Toya will have to pay her ex husband 8K after the release of her new book about their failed marriage.
Toya Wright is demanding the judge grant the divorce quickly, which would officially end the their 5-year marriage.
The agreement states neither husband or wife shall seek or receive alimony from the other now or in the future, according to The Jasmine Brand.
They will also retain their own retirement investments and accounts.
Toya agreed to pay Memphitz $8k and he will will waive all rights to proceeds earned by her from the sale of her book, “How to Lose a Husband”
