This month of March. I’m working on me.. Like seriously… I really don’t wanna have to do this. But I gotta get control before its too late. I’m goin on a DIET !!! So join me in this month of march to become a “FIT FOODIE” The rules are simple. 1. NO ABSOLUTELY POP (OR BEER FOR ME) 2. NO RED MEATS. 3. HIT THE GYM AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK (I’m goin to AMFAM, and CRUNCH depending on the day) and Saturdays are CHEAT DAYS !! I’m gonna do this for one month. I’ll post a before and after pic.
