Halle Berry filed for divorce from Olivier Martinez … TMZ has learned.
According to TMZ, Halle cited irreconcilable differences.
Sources claim“They have a personality difference.” And the incident at LAX, where Olivier hit a guy with a car seat, made it worst.
The breaking point came last month when Olivier got sued for the incident last week and our sources say the couple argued about the suit, and it became a breaking point.
The couple issued a joint statement … “It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children’s privacy, as we go through this difficult period.”
They have a child, Maceo, who is 2-years-old.
TMZ is reporting that Halle is not asking for joint or primary custody, but rather what is in “the best interests of the child.”
