Rapper Beanie Sigel loses a lung in Pleasantville shooting incident…
Back in December rapper Beanie Sigel was shot multiple times in drive by shooting outside his home in Pleasentville, NJ.
According to reports the person standing next to him was the actual intended target.
According to TMZ, Sigel was released from the hospital earlier this week and one of the rapper’s lungs was unable to be saved because it was riddled with bullet fragments.
The shooter still has not been identified.
