It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas all over the northeastern United States as Winter Storm Dion is expected to dump up to 6 inches of snow along the I-95 corridor stretching from Washington to Boston. The National Weather Service has issued winter weather advisories and winter storm warnings for southwestern Virginia to New York City.
Rain is expected the central Virginia area, but it may cause icy patches, making travel tricky.
