Miguel arrested for DUI around 2:15 AM in Los Angeles. The California Highway Patrol officers initially pulled Miguel over for speeding and tinted windows on his 2013 BMW X6 on an L.A. freeway.

During the stop, officers noticed the smell of alcohol and had Miguel perform various field sobriety tests in which he failed. Officers had him take a breathalyzer, Miguel blew a .10 and .11 which is over the .08 legal limit in CA.
Miguel was booked and released hours later on $5,000 bail. He’s scheduled to appear in court in September.
No word from Miguel’s camp.
