“That’s So Raven” star Orlando Brown is speaking out about his recent DUI arrest insisting he was NOT driving drunk. He says he wasn’t driving at all.
Orlando’s manager Reno Rankin says the 23-year-old actor admits he had 3 glasses of wine in his home on August 12th. He claims a female friend of his came over to listen to his new CD. When she got there, he hopped in the front seat and that’s when the cops came over to investigate and he ended up being arrested for DUI.
