DURRTY BOYZ RADIO
A Plus grew up having an immense love for music. While his peers occupied time by playing with toys, trading cards or in sports, Plus spent the majority of his allowance on cassette singles and albums from his favorite artists. Plus worked at his high school radio station before attending Virginia State University, majoring in Mass Communications. While attending Virginia State, Plus interned for iPower in the summer of 2005.
After only 2 1/2 months as an intern, Plus was hired as a part-time on-air personality for his heritage hometown station. Recognizing the importance of this opportunity, he worked overtime to learn as many components of his job as possible, which ranged from morning show producer to mix-show DJ. Proving that hard work does pay off, Plus is now on iPower 92.1 FM & online at iPowerRichmond.com five nights a week from 6pm-10pm with the Dirty Boyz evening show. Tune in and follow @a_plus on Twitter to keep up with him.
