District attorney Bonnie Dumanis dismissed charges against the El Cajon, California cop who fatally shot Alfred Olango last year. Dumanis said the officer was "justified" during his encounter with the unarmed Black married father of two. Olango's family has condemned the decision and vowed to continue fighting for justice.
