Claiming defamation and false arrest, two more Baltimore police officers charged in the death of Freddie have filed suit against State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby, reports The Baltimore Sun.

Police spokesman T.J. Smith said the department found that criminal charges against the teenager "were not appropriate in this situation." The incident is under investigation by the department.

Porter's lawyers are pushing back against the motion, as they're afraid that the officer can incriminate himself while on the bench.
