Waka Flocka Flame once again addresses the rumor regarding his strained relationship with label CEO Gucci Mane.
In an interview with Gangsta Grillz radio host DJ Drama, Waka states that there’s no beef between the two and states the lack of communication stems from being unable to meet on a business level.
“I mean we still cool I guess,” Waka said in the interview. “I mean there is no beef sh*t, it really comes down to us not being able to meet on a business level I guess if that’s what you want to call it. But don’t get it twisted, I ‘ll still bust some heads for him.”
In addition to discussing his friendship with Gucci, Waka also discussed the hold up on the release of his mix tape Flokavelli.
“I took the album up to the label and said here go my street album they listened to it and put a stop to it like oh nah, this 9the real0 album here. ” Flocka continued. “I guess they finally saw the money in it, but I been saw the money in it so, the held it up.”
Flocka also dropped a viral about the industry addressing bad contracts and the rift its created between him and his cew.
