A minor earthquake rattled parts of suburban Washington DC, about 5am this morning, The tremor, which was only said to be 3.6 in magnitude, was described by some as a “low flying jet passing.” More than 5,500 people reported feeling the tremor across Maryland, Washington, West Virginia, Virginia, and Delaware. Its the biggest earthquake this region has seen since 1974.
