Back in June, NBA star James Harden was arrested in Harris County, Texas, on a misdemeanor charge and later released after posting $100 bond. Now, prosecutors have officially dropped the case after Harden completed what’s being described as an alternative resolution agreement. The exact terms of the agreement have not been made public. As part of the conditions following his arrest, Harden had been ordered not to possess firearms, consume alcohol or controlled substances without a prescription, and to submit to random drug testing.

With the charge now dismissed, Harden can officially put the case behind him.
