Thug responded on X, explaining that the interaction was harmless and meant for fun. He said the fan had previously asked for a photo while recording live, but he declined to avoid a crowd forming. Later, as he was leaving, he jumped into her video “on some cool sh*t for my fans.”
The rapper had already addressed the situation earlier, saying he was simply showing love to supporters and reminding followers that he’s engaged. “I don’t know that girl or want to,” he wrote, adding that people shouldn’t turn the moment into something it wasn’t.
