Eggleston, III The Eggleston’s entrepreneurship began in the 1930s with The Hotel Eggelston, in Historic Jackson Ward. We are famous for our generous portions of fried fish, topped with sauteed peppers and onions, and our cornbread paired with our signature Hot Buttered Soul Sauce.
