Yesterday, you may have noticed a post circulating on Instagram stating that the social media platform’s policies were changing and your photo’s could be used against you.

Unfortunately, the post was a fake meme that has been around since 2012. Adam Mosseri, head of Instagram confirmed that the post was a fake saying, “If you are seeing a meme claiming Instagram is changing its rules tomorrow, it’s not true.”
